If you were wondering when the new pizza place with a the cool sign in Baxter will be opening their doors, we might have that answer now.

I was driving by the new Blaze Pizza location this past weekend and wanted to see if they had any hints about an opening date. Low and behold, there was a sign in the window of the store announcing that they plan to open on March 22nd!

According to Wikipedia, here is the concept behind Blaze Pizza:

Customers begin orders by choosing which of the toppings, sauces, and cheeses they would like on their pizza. As customers work their way down the service line, staff assemble a pizza based on customer instructions. Pizza are then “Fast Fire’d” in a high-temperature open-flame oven with an average cook time of 3 minutes.
