According to a GoFundMe page dedicated to trying and build a splash pad in Brainerd, the city of Brainerd has committed to help and get this project closer to a reality.
Organizers Emily Rolfson and Meta Mandich have partnered with Brainerd Community Action to try and make this splash pad a reality. Now it’s been announced that the City of Brainerd will match all donations up to $100,000 for the cause.

Emily Rolfson and Meta Mandich are on a mission, partnered with Brainerd’s Own Community Action to build a Splash Pad in Memorial Park in Brainerd Minnesota.
These ladies would love your support and partnership on making this amazing community project become a reality. The Brainerd Splash Pad will be free for anyone to use and will welcome ALL ages and abilities.
